What Were the Client’s Needs?
Mallow Primary Care Centre had a requirement to install a Mobile MRI Unit on site. In order to do this the site had to prepared in advance. This involved removing a shed and adjusting landscaping layout planter beds, tree removal etc. were relocated to facilitate the installation. The unit was quite large and difficult to maneuver. Navigating the landscape with such a large unit was the challenge with this installation. Once the unit was in place all civil works were completed in order to connect the unit and bathrooms into the existing system.
How Did We Fulfill Their Needs?
We worked closely with the client along with representatives from the HSE throughout the installation phases to the handover of a fully functioning MRI Unit. This FM solutions case study focused on coordinating the clearance of the site in advance and ensuring the safe installation of the unit.
PM Solutions Case Study Results
Successfully installed the unit with an access walkway and reinstalled the bicycle shed, achieving seamless integration and functionality. The success of this project underscores our ability to handle complex tasks with ease and provides a clear example of our expertise in action.
