Des Brosnan Bio – Serving as the Managing Director of Property Services, Des leads Brosnan Property Solutions’ full suite of building refurbishment and maintenance services, prioritising excellence across their Kerry, Cork and Dublin offices.

Ray is a specialist in the Irish social housing market. He has extensive experience in complex multicultural and challenging trading conditions, supplying both government and housing associations along with private development partnerships.

He negotiates contracts at the highest level of management, develops mobile workforce solutions and builds new business in all sectors.  He has a strong track record of good revenue growth even during challenging economic conditions.

He has developed an excellent mix of experience in Contract negotiation, operations, and commercial aspects in international markets.  A natural leader who builds talented, high performing teams and encourages innovation in product development. Developed the structure and strategy for the business with the objective of growing the business at a minimum of 10% per annum, adhering to BPS values of Simplicity, Entrepreneurship, Accountability, Discipline.

1999 – 2002: Project Manager, Shine Property Development, San Francisco

Initially started on a carpentry team, framing timber housing across various sites, and quickly progressed into a project management role.

1998 – 1999: Project Manager, ABM Building Services

Trainee carpenter with a timber framing team. Collaborated with all functions on site, such as civils and groundwork teams. Ensured optimal quality and efficiencies across the site.
